Come, stay a while...

We are Izzy and Joel (although the latter doesn't really care much about blogging), and we are travellers at heart. Approaching the 3rd decade of our lives, we're finally starting our lifelong dream of living abroad.

Both hailing from the province of Quebec, in Canada, we met in college and hooked up during a trip to Europe. That kind of sealed the deal: our mutual love of travelling brought and keeps us together!

Joel is a Bachelor of Philosophy, Izzy is a Master of Language Pedagogy, and we both love hiking and playing video games (yeah, those are so connected). We're both leaving our jobs and former lives behind to experience new places and live life to the fullest!

As a teacher, I love to inspire people and be a facilitator for discovery. I'd be delighted to bring you on a tour around the world with us through this blog. As Trailblazers, we will do our best to show you the crème de la crème of each place we visit, along with a few tips on smart travelling along the way!
